La Collina Restaurant is an elegant, casual, cozy restaurant with scenic views. Our fireplace provides a warm and inviting place to enjoy great food with family and friends. The menu is inspired by Executive Chef Tony Hernandez and provides something for everyone. We only serve the finest ingredients including Certified Angus Beef, Wild Caught Salmon, fresh produce and made to order dishes.
Both our summer and winter menu offer an eclectic choice to choose from when dining with us.
Our summer menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, from charred cauliflower, calamari, chicken wings to house made empanada’s, our freshly baked specialty pizza (available with cauliflower crust), entrée’s including our popular Fish & Chips and BBQ Baby Back Ribs, as well as Seared Ahi Tuna and Honey Glazed Faro Island Salmon. Our certified Angus burgers and other sandwiches are perfect for lunch or a sampling of our sliders with hand cut fry options. Don’t forget our desserts….our chocolate cake tower is made to share and great for birthday celebrations!
Many of those summer favorites are included in our winter menu along with some heartier dishes such as our popular Braised Short Ribs, our famous Sachetti, cooked to order Brick Chicken and mouth watering Certified Angus 20 ounce Tomahawk Steak, 21 day Dry Aged Sirloin and Wild Boar Bolognese
Every Wednesday from November thru March, Chef Tony offers a 2 course “ethnic dinner”….from Chinese, Carribean, French, Portuguese and more…as well as our full winter menu.

La Collina Restaurant is open year round. Mid April thru mid October, we are open 7 days a week, kitchen hours are 11am to 10pm Monday thru Saturday and Sunday 11am to 8pm.
