Open Year Round
La Collina (the hillside in Italian) Restaurant & Bar is open year round and always open to the public. Our kitchen hours during the spring/summer (mid April – mid October) are the same as the tiki bar. Our winter hours begin the week of October 15th. Our kitchen hours will be Wednesday – Saturday, 4:30 – 10pm; Sunday brunch 10am – 3pm. The bar is open well after the kitchen closes.
La Collina Restaurant & Bar is an intimate space with oversized comfy club chairs, granite table tops and new leather high top section all overlooking our stunning new fireplace! Patio seating, with outdoor firepits overlooking our beautifully manicured golf course are available when weather permits. The menu is a modern American/Italian Cuisine with house made sauces, fresh ingredients, highest quality product such as certified angus beef, free range chicken and much more. We are putting our twist on favorites such as chicken piccatta, Wild Boar Bolognese, Braised Short Ribs, Tuna Nacho along with some signature choices….Hillside mushroom salad, housemade prosciutto & goat cheese pasta and much more! Fresh ingredients, freshly baked bread, homemade sauces and mouth watering desserts! Mark your calendar…..Wednesday, Oct 10th, free samples of our fall/winter menus’ will be available from 6 – 8pm. Our Sunday brunch menu is sure to please everyone…check it out on Sunday, September 30th…..enjoy a complimentary freshly baked cinnamon bun on September 30th while you decide what to order from our extensive brunch menu! Fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, omelettes, Eggs Benedict with house made hollandaise sauce ( traditional, herb, basil horseradish, rosemary or red pepper hollandaise), French toast & waffles and more. Don’t forget our liquid brunch items…San Marzano Bloody Mary’s, Mimosa’s, Latte’s, Espresso’s….Sunday’s at LaCollina….relax by the fire and enjoy great food & great service.
