Setting
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a carriage portico, suggesting an event that is charming and accommodating. A spacious bridal suite provides a private place to take photos while getting ready or touching up throughout the day. Choose from two gazebo ceremony sites, either on the patio or by the pond, both framing a picture-perfect backdrop. Eyes are immediately drawn toward the panoramic view of beautifully manicured fairways and scenic pond when entering the Grand Ballroom. Crystal chandeliers, sconces accented by a breathtaking tray ceiling, crown molding, and hardwood floors throughout provide the perfect setting for up to 250 guests. From there, French doors open onto the patio, where cocktail hour can be hosted against the backdrop of the golf course and landscape. Afterward, invite your guests to relax and unwind by the fire pit.
Cuisine
The menus at Hillside Country Club truly offer something for everyone, from matching the style of your event to special dietary preferences. In addition to a choice of entrées, you have the option of interactive stations, like a mashed potato bar, clam cake and chowder station, and even a nacho bar. Chef-attended stations and passed hors d’oeuvres are anything but ordinary, with options to please every palate. For dessert, build your own display with bite-sized morsels, or wow your guests with a s’mores buffet down by the fire. Other delicious options include a chocolate fountain, or customizable dessert bars such as candy, popcorn, or ice cream sundae. Late-night snacks, like sliders, soft-baked pretzels, cookie and milk shooters, and house-fried dough, leave one last impression on your guests.
