Banquet Menus

Hillside's elegant ballroom seats up to 250 and overlooks a panoramic view of the golf course. For ceremonies, a gazebo and outdoor patio area are just outside and run the length of the ballroom.

Our selections include passed or stationary hors d'oeuvres, delectable appetizers and exquisite dinners prepared and served by our responsive and courteous wait staff. If you need a customized menu, Hillside can accommodate.

General Information

A $1,000.00 deposit is required to reserve Hillside Country Club by Lombardi's ("The Facility") for your wedding. For all other functions, deposit amounts will be quoted at time of booking. Final payment of cash or certified check is required four days prior to your function. We do not accept credit cards for final payment. In the event of cancellation 6 or more months prior to your scheduled function date, 30% of your deposit will be retained for administrative expenses. In case of a cancellation 4 to 6 months before your event, 50% of your deposit shall be retained. Deposits are nonrefundable on cancellations of less than 4 months (120 days) before your reserved date.

Service Charge and Taxes
A service charge of 20% will be added to all food and beverage items. All prices quoted, unless otherwise noted, are subject to 5% MA sales tax.

General Terms and Conditions
All food and beverages served at Hillside Country Club by Lombardi's will be supplied by The Facility. Food from your function cannot be taken from the premises by any guests. Other terms and conditions include:
• We reserve the right to control the amount of alcohol consumed by guests.
• Rules of conduct for children and adults are the responsibility of the client.
• Confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar materials are forbidden on the premises.
• The client assumes full responsibility for unruly behavior and damages.
• The general manager must approve all decorations and/or displays.

Guarantee
A final guaranteed number of guests is required 14 days prior to the event. The Facility will be prepared to serve 3% over the guarantee. Increases will only be accepted up to 72 hours prior to your event.

Minimums
A minimum of 100 guests is required for Saturday evening functions. All functions may be subject to a room rental and linen charge. Prices on menus are subject to change annually.
